As of 1st august 2024,we have commenced repairs and reconstruction on the accommodations block [this was closed since march 2023] that was severely impacted by the twin cyclones in march 2023, our family pool and its surrounding areas will be closed for urgent repairs and refurbishment from monday, october 7th to december 15th, 2024. during this time, the terrace pool will remain open, and guests can continue to enjoy a variety of water sports, including kayaking and catamaran rides, by the beach, as well as cabanas by the lagoon. additionally, our pool bar will be temporarily relocated to erango hut, although we are taking steps to minimize construction noise, some disturbances may still occur. we recognize that this situation is less than ideal and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
