Positive: Apartment was clean, had all the things we needed for our stay. Close enough to the city centre whilst being far enough out to be quiet.

Negative: Was not aware that apartment was below a house and we had to walk through the owners garden to get to the apartment where there wasn't much lighting. Whereas this didn't necessarily pose a problem, it would have been nice to be aware that it was in a garden with the owners upstairs in the house. Did have an issue with the key code when we got there and it was around 10 minutes to get a response from the owners but was sorted.
