Your private, 1-bedroom apartment occupies the lower level of our home, with your own entrance (keyless entry). You have a private outdoor seating area with views of the mountains when the leaves drop.

Inside you will find a renovated, bright open space. Nine-foot ceilings and large windows make it light and airy and it is decorated for comfort. Sliding barn doors separate the living room and bedroom, where you'll find a king bed (Tuft & Needle mattress) and large closet. Iron and ironing board are kept in the closet should you need them. The sofa pulls out into a queen to accommodate additional sleepers. Heat and AC can be adjusted to your comfort level.

The kitchenette comes equipped with everything you'll need for a quick weekend or longer stay, including a full-size fridge, double burner for cooking, toaster oven, microwave, and electric kettle. You’ll find coffee, a french press, and assorted teas. There is a full-size fridge and freezer with an ice maker. We offer a few shelf stable food items (oil, S&P, etc.).

The bathroom features a large sink, ample counter space, and a comfortable bathing tub and shower. We also provide body wash, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and first aid kit.

We keep the bookshelves stocked with games and books for your enjoyment. There is a wall mounted 42" TV in the living room where you can use your own login information to access streaming services or enjoy local programming using the digital antenna. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. There is one dedicated off-street parking spot for guests and street parking for oversized or extra vehicles. Need more space?
