The first bedroom comes with a queen bed, the second has twin beds and smart TV. Fenced-in backyard with picnic area and grill, front porch dining table as well. Technically a duplex but lives like a house with its own yard, partking, etc. A high chair attachment is available upon request. Less than a mile to three parks, close to nearly everything on the South side of Mt. Pleasant. One low-shed dog (or two under 20lbs low-shed dogs) welcome with pet fee.
