Through the trees, glimpses of wildlife and the Cougar Point golf course can be seen.
The villa is within close proximity to the beach, the brand new conference center, and Cougar Point Clubhouse (check out the brand new clubhouse!) Just past the first security gate, it's an easy drive on and off the Island.
The interior of the villa has been completely renovated and features a reverse floor plan to take full advantage of the views from the spacious living and dining area on the second floor, as well as from the back deck. Hardwood floors and bright, natural light from picture windows flow throughout the space, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Smooth ceilings, recessed lighting, and newly painted walls and cabinets provide a lively, fresh new look. The kitchen has a pass through to the dining area, allowing for easy entertaining. A powder room off the living area completes the space.
The first floor of the home includes three bedrooms with new carpeting and ample closet space for storage, as well as two full bathrooms and a laundry room.
