The Nemo House is a vacation in itself! This vacation home features 2 large heat-table pools. Enjoy a Custom 22 X 13 foot Nemo Kiddie pool plus a 30 X 15 foot Main pool with 3 sprayers and a 6 foot circular spa. The Nemo Kiddie pool ranges in depth from 4 to 16 inches, has a sprayer fountain and a bubbly gusher in Nemo's tail!
You won’t find another vacation home with a pool as large as this just for your children. You would have to stay at a resort to find anything comparable and resort pools are shared by everyone.
The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. Both pools and spa can be heated up for only $35/per night. The 13 X 9 foot Lanai (covered patio area) adjoining the villa is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast. Lay back in the private screened in pool area on one of many cushioned loungers. The pool deck wraps around the home in an “L” shape so the pool deck gets sun all day long!

The entire backyard is fenced for your privacy.
Pool Deck: The large pool deck provides plenty of room for everyone to recline around the pools and spa while enjoying the Florida sunshine. Lounge in resort style comfort and complete privacy.
Entertainment Areas: The living room has a vaulted ceiling, leather furniture (2 sofas), and a 50 inch Plasma TV. All Bedrooms and the Movie Theatre have Smart TVs or Roku. Everyone can watch just what they please.
Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the pools, spa, and Movie Theatre, which has 7 leather recliners and is equipped with a 70' Smart LED TV along with a Soundbar for an amazing movie experience!

King Master Bedroom # 1 - The main Master Suite is fit for Captain Jack Sparrow himself, with a king size canopy bed, a 50' Smart TV for private viewing. This Suite is perfect for a young family that wants to sleep close together using the full size wooden crib, toddler bed and en-suite.
King Master Bedroom # 2 - Avengers Bedroom. Where Captain America and the Avengers come to kick up their feet after a long day of fighting evil! This bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, and is right beside a 3 piece bathroom.
King Master Bedroom # 3 - This Star Wars themed bedroom has a king sized bed, with an adjoining bathroom, and Smart TV.
King Master Bedroom # 4 - Ocean themed Master Suite with en-suite, king size bed and Smart TV.
Mickey and Gang Bedroom - Snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh and Tigger after a long day at The Parks in our Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Bedroom which includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed, with a Roku TV.
Nemo Bedroom - You will have no trouble finding Nemo in the deep blue sea of our Nemo themed bedroom. This main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds and a Smart TV.
Princess Bedroom- Treat the Princesses in your family royally with their own Princess themed bedroom with 2 princess carriage twin beds, a Princess toddler bed, and a Smart TV.
Sleeping Accommodations: 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 6 Twin beds, 2 Toddler beds, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack’n’Plays (portable playpens). This provides great flexibility and room for 16 guests without even using the Toddler beds or Crib. There is a bed for everyone, unlike many 7 bedroom homes that require 2 people to use a sofa bed.
4 Full Bathrooms: 16 sets of towels and 16 pool towles are prepared for you. Each set has a bath towel, a hand towel, and a wash cloth. They are placed in each bathroom and the closet in the loft. Each bathroom has hair dryer(s).
Children’s Items: Our vacation home comes equipped with what you will need when travelling with children. We provide all children’s items free of charge. Our standard children’s items include: strollers (double and single), high chairs, Pack’n’Plays (playpens), bedrails, plush toys, and books.
Kitchen Amenities: This vacation home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, even Disney dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher, and 2 microwaves. There are also 2 electric kettles, 2 coffee makers (one is a combo with Keurig cups), 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cookers), and a blender. There are two of the small appliances to make your mornings faster, allowing you to get to the Parks sooner!
You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There are plastic containers for packing snacks and insulated coolers and ice packs if you want to pack a lunch.
For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law, there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.
Additional Amenities: TVs, high speed wireless internet, 2 sets of washer and dryer, and all bedroom and bathroom linens. This vacation home is fully air conditioned and heated.
