Just off the living room, you'll find the purple-clad dining room with unique decor and mismatched seating for up to 6.
In the evening, make a delicious dinner in the sleek kitchen (complete with granite countertops, gas range stove, dishwasher, and standard coffeemaker) to enjoy in the dining room or on the open-air back deck. After dinner, grab some popcorn from the kitchen pantry and snuggle up in the back den to watch your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV where you can access streaming apps and regular cable. The first bedroom in this stylish sanctuary comes with a full Murphy bed and a designated work area with reliable wifi (computer not included) that will allow you to work without having to give up your vacation. The second bedroom is the master where you'll find a king bed with a large walk-in closet and a full hall bath with a walk-in shower only. The second hall bathroom boasts a dreamy, vintage clawfoot tub and shower head extension.

The basement is not part of the rental. Included in the monthly rent is a $400 monthly utility allowance power and $100 monthly water allowance. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. A monthly cleaning service is also required for stays longer than 30 nights.
