Both house and granny flat have large decks overlooking different parts of the river. Parents unwind on the deck while children adventure below!

Expansive open-plan house with "die-for" deck in the trees looking down on the river. Birds sit on the deck rail and mullet jump in the river below. Fish and kayak directly from the house, in wilderness like setting. Children love the kayaks (we provide 7) for wilderness-like paddling experience (life jackets also provided). Gaze upon oil-painting-like river reflections from comfortable lounges on the ultra-large under roof house deck. Breakfast with the fish (mullet) jumping and the birds singing (but please don't feed the friendly magpies or kookaburras!). A family of kangaroos lives in the gardens.
There is a fire by the river for cooking snags, under the stars and listening to the mullet splashing. Maybe the kids have a line in the river (fishing gear provided).
Then five minutes to the amazing choice of restaurants along the Noosa River on Gympie Terrace (Noosaville), 15 minutes (off peak) to Hastings Street shopping and Noosa's renowned main beach and surfing. Truly memorable day trips to Fraser Island in 4WD buses, and to the beautiful Noosa River Everglades by launch. Short trips to Aussie World, UnderWater World and internationally-renowned Australia Zoo.
