This incredibly spacious condo sleeps 6 with 2 King sized beds and 2 Twins, 2 bathrooms. Equipped with warm Winter blankets and new heating system. Kitchen has all newer appliances and everything to make meals. The screened in balcony porch overlooks 17th fairway on beautiful True Blue golf course. Pool, heated spa, tennis courts, and a golf school onsite. The stunning beach is only 3 miles away. The local restaurants are chef owned and a foodies dream! Not a golfer? Quiet forest areas and beaches for hiking. Beautiful Brookgreen Gardens 15 minutes away. Central for day trips to Charleston, Charlotte, Savannah, and Georgetown for shopping charming new and vintage items. Live music venues close by.
The space
Master Bedroom has a King size bed with walk in closet, and bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has another King and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. TVs and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets to get cozy.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances. Laundry has full size washer and dryer.

The Living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of room to gather for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable and streaming.

Summary: When we first arrived at the condo, i was sure our stay would be a rating of 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, the shower water pressure was horrible. Also, something was wrong with the master bedroom bathroom toilet. There was no water in the tank to flush. This was an off/on problem with water pressure too. After contacting Tami, the condo manager, i was told she would contact maintenance and have them fix the issues. Then i received another text that maintenance was not available and she would try to get someone out to look at the priblem. Within the same text, Tami states to contact her if the toilet and shower issues get worse. Wow, how is this fixing the problem. We knew then she had no intention to make these issues right. After leaving and given instructions to wash the sheets for the cleaning people, Tami then thanked us for letting her know about the horrible showering and toilet. She would make sure the issues were fixed for her next renters. This told me she didn't really care that we spent four days trying to get a decent shower. Unfortunately, if staying the area of Pawley's Island, Georgetown, etc., we will not even attempt to stay at the True Blue condos again.
