Spend your days exploring the property trails & look for water fowl nesting in the private pond. Jump on your ATVs or snowmobiles & enjoy 100s of acres of county land surrounding the property. Downhill skiing at 3 different resorts is less than 15 minutes away & snowshoe from the front door.

Guest Access:
Guess will have full access to the home and attached garage. The large, green pole building and smaller detached buildings are not available for renter use.

The Neighborhood:
Located at serene part of Erwin Township that dead ends at McDonald Lake County Park which has amazing kayaking and fishing! This is the ultimate place to explore, relax and unwind. The nearest neighbor is about 1/2 mile away. You are surrounded on 4 sides by tall trees and trails to help you explore nature.
Getting Around:
Ample parking for all. One indoor spot in the attached garage for your car or SUV. The road is plowed and maintained to keep it clear and safe. During the winter months, please ensure you have good tires to keep from getting stuck and keep an emergency snow kit in your vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Whispering Woods is a rural property on a well and septic system. We ask guests to be water conscious during their stays and be careful not to flush any items, besides TP, down the toilets or excessive food and animal fats down the kitchen drain.
WWC has a trampoline and small zip line on site, but Property Owners and Manager are not liable for any bodily injury incurred while using the equipment. Guests can utilize these amenities are their own risk.
Each Superior Getaways rental comes with a damage protection plan, so that you can enjoy peace of mind, without having to pay high security deposits! One item to note, the damage protection plan does not include pet damage, which is why we still have to charge a pet fee for any accidents that may happen.
We are very happy to be a dog-friendly home, but all dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking or cleared by us before check in. Any undisclosed dogs will result in a $350 fee. Animals other than dogs are accepted on a case by case basis, including horses!
