Welcome to Torpsand in Klässbol, in this vacation home with panoramic view of lake Värmeln and private beach property with boat and canoe (included). Life jackets for children and adults (maximum 90 kg) available. Nice jetty for fishing (you can also fish from the shore of your own property, but you need a fishing license). A vacation paradise for families who want peace and quiet. In the Värmeln there is plenty of fish, and if you are lucky, maybe a pike or perch will bite. In the woods around the house are many berries and mushrooms, and if you are lucky, you may get to see a moose or deer. Arvika is 25 km away, and here you can shop, go to the liquor store or have a bite to eat. Every Wednesday and Saturday morning (in season) you can buy locally produced goods at the marketplace. Outside Arvika is Klässbol with one of the last damask weaving mills in the north. To Karlstad it is about 70 km, a pleasant city with many stores and attractions. In Värmland you can be active in sports. Here you can go cycling or mountain biking, hiking, canoeing or rafting, horseback riding, golfing, swimming, fishing, water tours and much more. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your own boat because the property is so hilly, you are also not allowed to use the neighbor's property. When ordering a final cleaning, the homeowner must be informed at least 2 weeks in advance.
