A recently built provencal villa especially convenient for one or two families with kids (6 adults +2 juniors in bunked beds and babies if any). The Villa is located on a small hill between Valbonne and Mougins, in a closed domain of 8 other houses, with video camera at the Domain?s entrance. The 1867 sqm property is entirely enclosed and has its own pool (9 x 4,5m-depth 0,55 to 1,60m) ,heated on request and secured with an electric cover. The jacuzzi for 5 people is nearby. Around: 8 sunbeds on the lawn, 3 parassols or better, the 40 sqm of the covered patio overlooking the pool, also the place to be for lunch and dinner(+ 2 sunbeds). Under the same roof is the gym corner. In the lower restanque,is a private jeu-de-boules ,with lights for evening games, inviting teams to practice this typical French sport. Small kids and juniors will enjoy the wooden area behind where several games are waiting for them. The south south-west orientation is superb, also the flowered entrance.

At 12 kms from the seaside, Valbonne allows both access to Cannes through the expressway, and to stay clear from the coastal traffic by accessing directly to the villages of the hinterland and the mountains.

ATTRACTIONS: Do not miss visiting the perched village of Gourdon at about 15 kms, and for the more adventurous of the EZE village beyond NICE, similarly the fruit and flower market of Nice (Saleya Court). A lunch in Castellane (Route Napoleon) followed by the visit of the Verdon gorges (rafting possible) and a dip in the lake quickly filled the photo album.
For children ,Marineland in Antibes is a special attraction ,also Aqualand in Frejus. For all: the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco.
