There are two full baths, one with original claw foot tub, perfect for soaking after a long day exploring the town! The new kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking with a gas stove, designer appliances and beautiful quartzite countertops. The 3rd floor room is a great place for the kids to hang out, watch a movie or play some games. There are several porches overlooking Palm Row and Cordova street, take a step outside and enjoy a glass a wine while watching a horse carriage roll by, or just relax in the back yard garden.
The first floor has 1 king and 1 queen bedroom, full bath, family room with tv and a sectional complete with a queen pull out sleeper, a formal living room, dining room that seats 6 and kitchen. The second floor has 1 bath with clawfoot tub/shower combo, Twin (2 bed) room, queen suite with separate living room (with a pull out sleeper sofa) and tv. The third floor has a sectional, tv, game table with 4 chairs, and a small area with a microwave and under counter refrigerator to store your midnight snacks!
This home is the PERFECT location--- just steps away from dining and entertainment, yet private and quiet. The lighter museum is directly across the street and Flagler college is a stones throw away.
