Magnificent 88 m² end of terrace apartment, built in May 2019. Living room with sofa bed for two, living room/kitchen, two bedrooms: one with two 90 cm wide beds and a baby's travel bed and one with two 120 cm wide beds, electric sauna with sea view, shower and wc, separate WC with shower, air source heat pump (for cooling) in both bed rooms, high-speed wired internet connection.
There is also a dryer in addition to the washing machine. Also bluetooth player and hair dryer.
The fireplace is model Leenders Stor.

There is a communal barbecue area on site, as well as a wood heated 35 m² lakeside sauna with a lounge area. The lakeside sauna is for shared use with all apartments in the area and for both men and women simultaneously (it's not possible to book the sauna for private use). During winter time there is no running water and the water has to be carried to the sauna.
