Positive: Room was cool design. Rooftop bar we loved.

Negative: Downstairs bar terrible. Sat for half an hour and got no service and this was after the bartender telling us one of his staff would be over to take our order. Left as was very disappointed. Also 21st floor a bit noisy with bar directly above.

Summary: Lovely hotel. Reception staff amazing. Very comfortable room and great rooftop bar/eatery.
