Summary: Had to pay extra 20 euros to check in early and extra tax fees on arrival. Room service was nor provided over my 2 days stay, towels were not topped up and dustbin was not changed, asked at reception if it would be changed they said no, which was disappointing. Also, iron and hairdryer were given for only 2 hours, which was not ideal.
