My home is your PRIVATE, conveniently located and romantic space for basing your operations while in Denver. We are near a long list of great diverse restaurants! Tennyson Street, 32nd and Lowell, LoHi, LoDo and Downtown are all nearby. The home is located in one of Denver's hippest, hottest, centrally located and a truly historic neighborhoods. Priced BELOW any boutique hotel and most other VRBOSs/ARBNB's of this size and none are this cool!
Or just chill and watch the 70" UHD TV and enjoy the 750mbs high speed internet. There is one private bedroom with queen sized bed and a new smart TV and walk in closet. The living room has games, books, and movies for you to enjoy during your stay. The island seats four. The bedroom closet is large and will easily handle your luggage.
The renovated kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans and utensils to help you make delicious meals. A microwave, tea pot, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and oven, and dishes are available for you. The open concept guarantees togetherness! And food delivery apps work great to!
The clean cool historic bathroom has an antique claw foot tub with a sturdy shower curtain. The sink and toilet are modern but of an antique style. If you demand a modern fully updated bathroom with a walk in shower, my 1912 beautifully restored home does not have that!
City of Denver Short Term Rental regulations require owners to live in the same home! I follow the law! The original front part of the house is ALL YOURS and is separated by a door at the back of the kitchen to the newer rear addition and basement access. Michael, your host, has his own rear entrance. The front porch has a table and swing for relaxing out doors - this is the smoking room! The unit is all tile floors so there is no build up of animal fur and our animals don’t live in the unit. Your parking and entrance is out front!
Before each rental, I personally clean the unit - and I do a great job! All the tile floors and are vacuumed, and all bedding items are changed for each new guest. 99% of our previous VRBO guests agree! If you feel you have an issue, I am here to help. Please be as reasonable as I am! We are available for any questions or needs you may have either in person, by text, or phone.
I will allow pets under very specific conditions. I need to have a conversation with you to see if I will let guests have a pet(s). Service animals are welcome, but they need to not be left n the home alone for any length of time. I have 2 Mini dachshunds that live with me in the back.
