The space
The Cart Barn – Is a traditional barn which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, with exposed beams & feature exposed brickwork. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests.
The Cart Barn is fully furnished with open plan fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge.
Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump.
The Cart Barn has a double bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower.
This cottage is ideally suited to 2 people however there is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate an extra guest. Please note there is no blind on the skylight, making it light early in the mornings in the summer if sleeping in this lounge area. Please bring an eye mask if this will cause a problem

Guests have sole use of the cottage, including the patio area and picnic tables, you are also welcome to walk around the farm, a walk from the farm joins the local bridleway and footpath network. Meet the horses and see the lambs from Feb to April. Bring your horse with you! Overnight stabling available for up to 8 horses.
BBQ available, please ask if you would like to use it.
Other things to note
Secure off road parking with space for larger vehicles or work vans as we are located in a rural position down a tree lined drive, off the main road. Electric gate.
Internet connection and mobile phone signal is rural so please have patience & do not expect high speed broadband.
