There is an oversized marble tile shower as well as a washer & dryer for your use after a day of adventures.
Private deck, studio apartment, bedroom, adjacent hallway for the 3rd sleeping area if desired with an included twin memory foam mattress laundry & very nice big shower.
Outside there is lots of parking with room for a boat, motorcycles etc. There is a fire pit as well as a Webber charcoal grill.
Very serene, quiet natural area. After the golf course closes, can walk on the cart paths & fish in the large pond. Also available are 3 bikes to ride on the very quiet road.
Can walk, bike or drive to the clubhouse for breakfast, lunch or dinner at Pomodoros Grill & Bar. Guests receive 10% off at Pomodoros.
When the sun goes down the deer come out. Occasionally an otter family will be swimming & catching fish in the ponds. There are baby alligators in the ponds as well as many turtles.
It is a very natural area so there can be snakes also.
Before finishing this apartment, we vacation rented our RV here and it was very popular for the natural setting & tranquility. When the golf course closes, it’s like having a 173 acre back yard. Even on the road, there might be 10 cars per day driving by.
