The .3-acre property is on a quiet residential street with views of the hills, palm tree lined neighborhood views, and the Channel Islands off the coast. Unique opportunity for a summer rental. Family friendly set up in the backyard and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful weather. Available from 6/1 to 8/15/2025. 31 day minimum stay.
Split level floorplan with a large, vaulted ceiling living room and main bedroom (with full bath) on the first floor. Upper floor has the kitchen, dining room, fireplace, and hallway to two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed and dedicated workspace (adjustable standing desk). Bunk room has one bunk bed (two twin beds) with sliding doors to the backyard. Third room is used as an office with full dedicated desk and window into the back yard. It has a new sleeper sofa from Restoration Hardware (comfortable, no springs) that turns into a queen bed. Washer and dryer are new as is the dishwasher. Toys and games are available on request. Backyard has outdoor areas for dining and drinks with perfect views of the sunset. Sand pit, trampoline and turf are perfect for kids. Please reach out with any questions!
