Cross the street to one of Seabrook Island's beach boardwalks and have your toes in the sand within minutes. Step out to your back deck and you are looking on to the 11th tee box of Ocean Winds Golf Course. This home has an open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows, and luxurious finishes! When you enter the large front door you will be immersed in a sense of calm with the beauty of this home...the blonde wood floors, stunning artwork, curved staircase, attention to detail in every room! Step down to the Great Room, the central hub of this home. There is a 65" Smart TV and surround sound speakers. Off the great room is a sunny sitting room surrounded by windows. French doors lead out to the deck, with seating for eight and a propane grill for your use. The spacious kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight! The bar counter, complete with four stools, overlook the vegetable sink and prep area. Here is also your beverage center . All appliances are stainless steel, plus granite counters and a warming drawer attached to the oven. Meals can be shared at the large round dining table, comfortable seating for six. You will find the perfect quiet spot in the front sun room. This rounded room with floor to ceiling screen windows, ceiling fan, fireplace (decorative only) and large Smart TV allows you to enjoy indoor/outdoor space.
The first bedroom can be found off the front entry. A lovely room with king bed, ceiling fan and 50" Smart TV. This room has beautiful light from the large window. It has private access to the hall bath. The hall bath has stone counters with tiled floor and shower. Head upstairs to the additional three bedrooms. Here you will find the primary bedroom suite. This space is a true retreat. Shut yourself off to the rest of the world. A welcoming king bed is ready to give you a beautiful night's sleep. There is a chaise to curl up on with a great book, large smart TV and ceiling fan. Doors lead out to your private deck with Adirondack chairs. You have a stunning view of the pool deck below. Expansive views of the golf course and lagoon can be seen from this vantage point. The primary bath gives you a spa experience with an oversized open shower, jacuzzi tub, and private water closet. Windows surround the first guest bedroom. A king bed awaits you. For those who need to work while on vacation this room has a large built in desk area and a 32" Smart TV. The private bath has a tub/shower combo. A second guest bedroom on this level has a twin over a queen bunk and access to the hall bath. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Rounding out the second level is the spacious laundry room.
Head out side to the beautiful pool deck. The owners have put in a brand new Infinity edge pool with a large deck. Relax while staring out to Ocean Winds Golf Course. There are four chaise lounges and multiple Adirondack chairs. There is a gas grill for you to whip up some great vacation BBQ. Wash away the day's sand in the outdoor shower that is downstairs on the ground level. Have some fun with a game of ping pong on the lower level. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Pets NOT allowed
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policies:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
