The apartment is fully renovated since March 2024 - and furnitured with high quality and top brands, for those who knows how to live in style.
It is in the 3rd floor (with elevator) and very quiet -
We know that Madrid could be super noisy in many areas so we took care to choose our house in a quiet street with double glasses all over the house, to make your sleep well. We also have A/C all over the house (separte units in each room to maximise individual tempreture in every room).

All rooms has windows and the place has also a balcony from one of the bedrooms to the street.

We know that Madrid could be super noisy in many areas, so we took care and put double glasses all over the house.
