Upstairs: Master bedroom w/king bed, office and private bath w/jacuzzi tub and custom walk-in shower. (1) Ensuite w/queen bed and full bath, (1) Bedroom w/queen bed, (1) Bedroom w/twin bunk bed, and (1) additional full bath.
Kitchen is spacious and well equipped with upscale stainless steel appliances and includes bar seating great for entertaining. First floor has an open flow from the kitchen to living spaces, and multiple french doors that open out to the backyard, patio seating and ocean breezes. Home is bright and airy with natural lighting throughout.
Relax in your private backyard w/newly built covered patio with outdoor seating, heaters, built-in BBQ and bar seating or enjoy a game of ping-pong in the front yard with security gate for privacy.
