Your cozy getaway is nestled in the heart of Bologna's downtown, just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore. With the city's main streets, monuments, museums, restaurants, and chic bars at your doorstep, this guest unit recently renovated (last upgrades 2024) is the perfect base for your Bologna adventure.
When you stay here, forget about public transport. This is the perfect accommodation for those who want to immerse themselves in the city's medieval charm and live right in the heart of Bologna. The fast-train station is a 15-minute walk to reach Florence, Ravenna, or Modena for a one-day adventure, and several taxi stations rapidly connect to the exposition center.
While on the main street, our unit is in the internal part of the building, far from the street noise. It faces a large green area and has a private patio with outdoor tables and chairs. No kitchen.

You'll have everything you need, from WiFi to towels and sheets. Whether visiting the city exposition center or relaxing after a day of sightseeing, this enjoyable accommodation is the ideal home base.

It consists of two large rooms, a hallway, and a full bathroom. The first room has an entrance from a private outdoor area and is equipped with a double bed. The second room is a large master bedroom with a double bed and a laptop area.
There is no kitchen, but who needs it, considering the area's excellent restaurants, snack bars, and wine-tasting rooms that can address any budget and food needs. There are also two large grocery stores for snacks and any necessary items. It is equipped with a coffee machine.
Reservations for 1–2 guests receive a discounted rate and include access to only one of the two bedrooms. The second bedroom should not be used. If you require use of both bedrooms, please book for at least 3 guests.

Summary: This spot is a 15-minute walk from the Bologna Train Station and a 25-minute ride from the Airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with an espresso maker and comfortable beds in each room. Bruce was responsive to my texts as the Vrbo app would not allow me to send him in-app messages. The check-in instructions were detailed and precise, making us feel we were on a treasure hunt (the treasure was the excellent accommodation). I highly recommend this location and wish we had been able to spend more time here.
