Summary: I had stayed at this hotel many times before and appreciated the location just off the central station. This time I had a twin room for the first time, and both mattresses consisted of two parts/cushions, which created a dip half way down. I have back problems so asked at reception. They said they would check the mattress, and it wasn’t changed so I guess it was deemed normal. I will unfortunately not be able to come back. A side note: the pool is closed until the end of the year.
