Summary: The location was excellent and very convenient, but unfortunately the customer service did not meet expectations. We arrived for a late check-in, so there had been plenty of time to prepare the room. However, when we entered, it was clear that it had not been vacuumed and was not clean. I had to go back to reception to report the issue, and it took another 15 minutes before someone came to clean it. At reception, I was told that a note would be added to our reservation and that something would be done to make up for the inconvenience when we checked out. When we were leaving, I asked if it would be possible to have a late check-out. Unfortunately, the receptionist immediately said no without asking for our room number or whether there was a particular reason for the request. It felt like the response came from a mindset of not wanting to help rather than seeing if there was any flexibility. Even an extra hour would have made a significant difference, especially considering the inconvenience we experienced upon arrival. The location itself was great, but the overall service could definitely have been more customer-focused.
