Upstairs houses the master bedroom with Kingsize bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has twin beds. The second family bathroom includes a bath, tiled shower and toilet. Downstairs is the fully equipped modern kitchen and open plan dining and living area and a separate toilet. The separate laundry has a Washing Machine, Dryer and Tub. A portable cot and highchair available on request. No charge for children 5 and under. There is a single garage and off street parking.
The location couldnt be better. The townhouse is a 2 minute walk from Petone's popular and vibrant Jackson street where there are multiiple shops, cafes, bars and restaurants offering nearly every variety of cuisine. Petone Beach and the unique Lighthouse Cinema are less than a 5 minute walk. Multiple Bus Stops are nearby and it's a 12 minute walk to the Train Station which will take to Wellington CBD or Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and the Wairapa in the other direction. Two large supermarkets and the Big Box Stores are all very handy and situated at the lower end of Jackson Street.
