I have 2 large decks, which can be accessed from the two bedrooms.
The open plan kitchen and dining room flow into the sunroom, where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view across the water to Waitangi.
I have new flooring throughout the house and a new fridge & microwave too.
Just 5 minute walk is our local dairy for fresh milk etc and our local fish and chips shop too.
Also a 2 minute drive away is our local Twin Pines Manor/pub serving local food and some times live music or a jam session.
My house is right next to the nature reserve. You can hear the Tui bird chirping away and other birds too.
