The space:

As with all of our homes, this condo has been fully renovated by HOLT. Our spacious and cozy condo can host up to 9 guests comfortably with three spacious bedrooms and six beds. Air conditioning, Smart TVs in every room with countless entertainment options, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff. Our property is located in Peninsula Golf, a quiet condo complex within El Tigre Golf Club, just a 10-minute ride to the beach.

As a HOLT guest, you will have full access to the additional amenities in the complex, including a pool, a Casa Club with a restaurant and a lounge bar, secured parking, and 24/7 security. The complex also offers access to the golf course, and a spa with a variety of services — Both offered for an additional fee.

In addition, guests who book 14 nights or more are eligible to acquire a membership pass to the exclusive facilities at el Tigre, for an additional fee. The membership includes access to the gym facilities, which feature an Olympic pool, a variety of fitness classes, tennis and pickleball courts, and access to the private beach club, an exclusive island within the facilities.

• The second bedroom has custom 2 bunk beds — 1 queen bed and 3 single beds

• Custom designed beds, cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Bathrooms include:
• Modern shower heads with great pressure and water temperature, for an all-encompassing clean.
• One full bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom. The second full bathroom is accessible by the living room
• The master bathroom features am oversized and elegant bathtub with spa features
• Blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and a full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, and much more
• Dining area with bar seating to enjoy your morning coffee

Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Our condo is situated within the exclusive El Tigre Golf Club in the Peninsula Golf complex, a perfect combination of luxury and nature. Enjoy well-maintained common areas, convenient facilities and 24-hour security for a peaceful and quiet trip.

Getting Around:

The condo has a secure parking spot in the garage of the building, making transportation easy. There are additional parking spots for additional cars, but please note that those are first-come-first-serve. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.

Our property is located in Peninsula Golf, a quiet condo complex within El Tigre Golf Club, just a 10-minute ride to the stunning beaches of Nuevo Vallarta. Enjoy the tranquility of the golf community while being conveniently close to the shores for a day of relaxation and seaside fun.

Other details to note:

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property is situated in a private community club with specific guest requirements designed to ensure the safety of all residents. These requirements include a complete list of names and official IDs of all guests. The information is essential to grant access. While we, as HOLT, the managing company for this unit, are responsible for collecting and submitting the required guest information——we have no control over these requirements or the community administration's handling of guest access. Any delays in guest registration are the responsibility of the community administration, and their failure to adhere to their procedures can impact both HOLT and our guests.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $200 USD security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.

Interaction with guests:

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
