Welcome to idyllic Hölö, an island connected by a bridge just outside Stavsnäs on Värmdö. The cozy architect-designed house is located high on the plot, with several balconies at different levels, where you can really enjoy the sun all day long. The house has two floors; upstairs there are two bedrooms with two beds in each and on the entrance floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house has many windows with a view of the pleasant mountain plot. If you go down the path from the house there is access to a sauna and outdoor shower. On the balcony by the kitchen there is an outdoor kitchen with a grill and seating for nice dinners. Just 300 meters from the house is the Baltic Sea, you can see a glimpse of the water from the house. On soft forest paths you go down and take a dip from the rocks, if you want a sandy beach it is 500 meters in the other direction. There are nice nature trails in the area for walks. There is a grocery store, restaurants and a bus to Stockholm in Stavsnäs, where you can also take the archipelago boats further out into the archipelago or into Stockholm.
