We are located 15miles from College Station and Texas A&M University. The house sits on 200 acres with ponds to fish (catch and release) and plenty of room to roam. It is a working ranch with cattle and donkeys that love company. Enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the back porch kick back and relax.
