2) Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 7am. Specifically, use of all outdoor spaces is prohibited during quiet hours. Any excessive outdoor noise during quiet hours, including loud conversations when entering/exiting the house is prohibited.
3) No weddings or other events.
This is one of the few houses that actually follows all of the City laws regarding short term vacation rentals. We had to work with the neighbors to gather their input as well as follow all code related items from the City of Portland. Thank you for supporting a house that follows the rules. One of the rules from the City of Portland is that a permanent resident is living in the basement (separate entrance, separate space, separate yard).
