The 2nd level is where you will find the main living area to expand your living space and open up the French doors to the balcony, which is OCEANFRONT. This balcony is perfect for dolphin-watching with your morning coffee or entertaining in the evening with a cocktail. An electric fireplace to ward off chilly nights, a sizeable SMART TV, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area will make you feel at home.
