Summary: We told them we were arriving a little early and if we could get access to the room, they said it had not been cleaned yet but that was not true. They made us stand on the street until exactly 3 pm until the code let us in the courtyard. That ruined the whole stay. Their lock to get in the door is terrible too and they have cameras watching you come and go. They don’t read their emails, I sent one at 9 am and told them we checked out early, they sent us a message at 2 stating we are overdue in checking out. They need to get communicate better. They had a camera, they saw when we left with our suitcases too. The beds were hard and the TV was small and had no apps on it so we could watch TV in another language then Italian. The first bathroom smelled like mildew. I’m sure it was from their washing machine and they purposely did not have batteries in their heater thermostat so you would not use their heat. I would not recommend.
