The property offers a private-gated community surrounded by lush vegetation and fruit trees, with 24-hour security and plenty of outside lighting for an evening swim in one of the three large pools.

Costa Rica has so much to offer from water activities, to the best sail fishing in the world, to four wheelers, hiking in the rain forest, zip lines and volcano/natural hot springs tours. There are five National Parks within a few hours drive of the condo.
