Cozy 2nd story walk-up condo sleeps 4 (Queen size convertible sofa in the living room and a King size bed in the bedroom) Updated flooring thru entire unit; newer windows; updated bathroom; updated kitchen with all new appliances; new bedroom furniture; electric fireplace and many new amenities!!! All this AND it's just steps from the incredible Sunset Beach on Florida's beautiful Gulf coast. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and our sugar sand beaches and sunsets cannot be beat!
Please Note: Due to hurricanes Helene and Milton, we've had to remove our damaged pool. There are currently no plans for replacement.

Summary: We had such a great time & the location is perfect! Just a few steps from the beach. We used the chairs & umbrella provided for the beach & enjoyed coffee in front of the condo every morning. Leslie & Reed are very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this condo & can’t wait to visit again! 😊
