Waterfront living at its finest, outdoor living on a salt water canal with a ledge to drop a line! Beautiful new construction home with a western exposure pool, bbq grill and gulf access. Dock your boat or rent one! Private pool, edges for your drink of choice, and sun loungers to enjoy the views. This four-bedroom, two-bath home has lavish furnishings, abundant natural light, and a canal front location close to shopping and dining. Plush beds in all 4 bed rooms and amazing kitchen! Please note that we do not provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Two security cameras are present on the front of the home and one on the side of the home where the pool equipment is. The is another camera on the back of the home facing the canal. No cameras inside or in the pool area. Pool heat can be purchased for an additional $50 per day and must be purchased every day. We need at least a week notice for pool heat. The pool typically stays around 85° without heat.
