Our 3000 sq ft modern mountain home, built in 2023 has all the luxuries you’re looking for plus so much more! Enjoy plenty of space to relax in our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat with mountain views from almost every window. Take in the views of Castle Rock and surrounding mountains from the oversized patio, or take a stroll across the trail to the San Juan National Forest and Little Cascade Creek.
Our home sits adjacent to the San Juan National Forest which you can easily access by foot, just 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort, and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango.
Enjoy a well appointed open living plan including the kitchen, dining room, comfortable living area with fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. The home is perfect for two families as it features 2 primary suites, a bunk room with two sets of twin over queen bunks, as well as a media / game room for fun and relaxation.
