Magical mountain home! This new 4-bedroom home, completed in July 2018, sits nestled above Carrier Park with sweeping, panoramic views of the mountains and the French Broad River. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway. Enjoy an easy stroll to Asheville Adventure Park where you can rent tubes and kayaks for a spectacular ride on the river. Only 2 miles from downtown and one of the best locations in Asheville city limits. The house is a wonderful retreat furnished in a contemporary decor. The house comfortably sleeps 12-14 people with three king beds, four twin beds in bunk bed style, a pull-out full-size couch and Queen aero bed. Each king bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds.

Summary: We chose this location due to proximity to my son’s VRBO for their wedding. The place was fine and clean enough, but very pricey for the quality of living. Also the first floor had an odor. We would recommend for bachelorette parties and large family gatherings. The park across the street hasn’t recovered from the horrible destruction from Hurricane Helene nor has the river arts district. A lot of stairs ( don’t recommend for elderly. Very difficult in and out onto Main Street as well. Overall would give higher recommendation if the quality of interior was more upscale and matched the price.
