On the ground floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and TV. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with a children’s corner bath and rain shower. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor enjoyment
The fully enclosed 1,300 m² garden offers two terraces, a luxury veranda with lounge set, four sun loungers and a large outdoor dining table. At the front you can enjoy peace and views over the water with passing boats. Four private parking spaces are available directly at the villa.
