The property is located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood nestled by foliage and greenery. Beach goers can drive to Hendry's beach in 2 minutes or take a walking path (10 minutes). Within the 1.2 acres, guests will enjoy a spacious 36 x 56 feet heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and gorgeous flat playing field - approximately 5500 sq ft. In addition, there's a full size sand volleyball court and setup.
The modern Mid-Century home features 5 bedrooms with 2 en-suite baths and 2.5 additional baths + heated outdoor shower. Each of the bedrooms has a private balcony or private patio space. The entire home has been exquisitely renovated with top tier Hansgrohe fixtures and Thermador appliances throughout. The main level features a large kitchen with island, formal dining for 8, stylish living room with a Samsung 65" Frame TV that will dazzle, and a family room with a 65" Crystal UHD TV, sound bar, and subwoofer - perfect for sharing the space between adults and kids. As well the family room has a pull out sofa for an optional additional bed with en-suite full bath.
The second level includes 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite baths, and a third full bath. Each of the bedrooms is very well furnished with large closets and private balconies with beautiful panoramic views. The baths are all renovated with the finest fixtures and custom tile work. The home is equipped with upper and lower level central air conditioning systems.
The outdoor entertaining area is expansive with a stunning pool, chaises loungers, comfortable outdoor sofas, and outdoor dining for 8.
