Log villa 2007, living room/kitchen, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds, bedroom 3: bunk bed + 1 bed. Sauna (electric sauna stove). At extra fee a separate lakeside sauna, with washroom and dressing room, open veranda. Cozy and well-equipped cabin with amenities. The cabin has 2 flat-screen TVs, possibility to listen to the music in the sauna, adjustable lighting and air source heat pump. Internet connection = 4G.
Sloping terrain to the beach, the beach has a pier and a lean-to shelter with a campfire site. The beach is facing to the south. The plot is in a natural state. The lake is fishy (species are pike, perch, vendace, whitefish and pike perch). Beach sauna is in its original condition (indoor). Washing water to the sauna is taken from the lake. There is a dog fence and dog house near the lakeside sauna. Outdoor dogs can be in the dog house, indoor dogs can be indoors. Outdoor toilet.
Distance to Ruka 27 km. Spa Kuusamon Tropiikki and golf course 13 km. Kuusamo airport 10 km. The cabin is surrounded by good terrains for berry picking (blueberry, cloudberry and lingonberry).
