Positive: We all loved the location, right across from the beach. There was ample space in the home to be able to both have your own space and be communal with your friends. The beds were soft and the extra pillows were nice. We liked the ample parking room and lots of stools for having a board game night or have a dinner together.
Negative: We were told they had a full kitchen setup so we can make a nice dinner while on our stay. They did for the most part except poor knives, no vegetable peeler and no cutting boards. The other two are tolerable but we needed to buy cutting boards. We did leave them for future guests so they shouldn't have that issue in the future. It could also have been improved by having TV's in the bedrooms or at least in a couple of rooms in case someone wanted to watch something else than what's going on in the living room or needed it to fall asleep, Some of us complained the beds were too soft so it gives more back aches for the heavier set people.
Summary: We loved this place and how it was a great calm space after a fun time on our vacation.
