Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This is the most quiet and peaceful place we have ever stayed in. The property was beautifully appointed with everything needed for our stay. It was extremely clean, bright, and the interior design was very appealing. The views across the lake and towards the mountains are incredible. The only thing better than the property was the incredibly welcoming host who even made us waffles and coffee on our arrival. This is a very special and magical place.If you are the right person, you can spend a few days in heaven as we did. A bonus was seeing a group of fox kits on our drive one day

Negative: The only complication with property is the lack of running water due to environmental restrictions. The owner provided several liters of fresh water in jugs which were sufficient for all our needs including showers for our 2 day stay. Water must be heated in a separate heater and poured into the shower and sink. Another consideration is that cars must be parked at the road and any baggage must be carried over a short trail to the house.

Summary: A slice of heaven in the far north.
