Summary: The. Room was lovely and the place comfortable, clean and nice, BUT, the check in was difficult and anything but user friendly. Firstly the add says front desk open 8am-5pm, we arrived 4:30pm-closed. Te IT interface was not user friendly and took until I realized I had not paid until it all fell into place, but I had to find that.
