The cottage is conveniently located for the local railway station with regular trains to Edinburgh and is a short walk 5 min walk to North Berwick's High Street. Our local independent shops, cafes and restaurants, beach, harbour, Scottish Seabird Centre and the Golf Clubs are all within walking distance. The sitting room and kitchen are light and airy and furnished with a seaside theme. There is a sofa, as well as a wood burning stove and dining table seating up to 6 guests. There is also a TV and plenty of board games for your entertainment. The kitchen section has an electric oven and hob, microwave slimline dishwasher, washing machine with drier and is fully equipped with everything you will need for your self catering holiday.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. This is one of our child friendly properties, with a travel cot and a high chair available for guests to use. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS VERY STRICTLY NON SMOKING AND A FINE OF £200.00 COULD BE IMPOSED SHOULD EVIDENCE OR SMELL OF SMOKE BE FOUND.

Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Getting there
From the train station Old Abbey Road is easily reached , turn right out of the station and then first right (after the fire station)and you will be on Old Abbey Road, Continue up the road to number 55 and Callie's Cottage is located behind Thistlegate House.
From Dirleton Avenue , turn onto Ware Road, opposite the Nether Abbey Hotel and continue up and over the small railway bridge and turn left onto Old Abbey Road.
