Summary: I had a lovely brief stay here, lovely room in a beautiful building but it was like a maze trying to find the room! The room needed 3 or 4 maintenance issues, all small things but the bed was fantastic and pillows amazing!! Best pillow I ever had!! The staff were all superb, so pleasant friendly and professional. The car park is very far, I’m disabled but it took me 40 min to walk from the car park until I got to my room!! Ridiculous I’m afraid, impossible for some
