ENTRANCE : The property is located above a bookstore. Walk towards the glass door of the bookstore and on the left you will see the entrance of the rooms above. It is a wooden door and please use the white buzzer upon arrival. Peter will answer and help you with your luggage. The rooms are on the 3rd floor (USA: 2nd floor) and there is no elevator.

FOOD : You can prepare your meals via vitroceramic hob, oven and microwave. Small amenities or seasoning are free of charge. Food delivery possible via Deliveroo, Takeaway or Ubereats. A short walk towards the train station will allow you to eat until 4 am in weekends.
DRINKS : You are allowed to drink alcohol in your room. Glasses are at your disposal.
SMOKING : Smoking is allowed on the front balcony or in the common areas, depending on the other guests. Smoking is not allowed in your bedroom and your bedroom at the back does not have a balcony.

BUS : Take Bus 1 (every 15 minutes) at the station and make sure that you get off at the first stop called "Oude Brusselsestraat". then you are left with a 3 minute walk. Walk the small street going up, turn first left 'Lange Nieuwstraat" then second to the right "Ravenbergstraat". At the end, turn left for 20 meters. You have arrived at the bookstore.
