With a beautiful view of the course, the screened-in back patio features a heated pool and expansive sitting area. Inside, the open layout is perfect for families to relax, unwind, and have fun. Our home features a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, couch, and desk. The third bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has a large island and is fully outfitted with modern appliances and everything you need to make and enjoy a delicious meal. Beyond the kitchen is a large dining table, sitting area, and comfortable living room with a large TV and pull-out sofa. Lanai on the Links is conveniently located, with the public Sandpiper Bay Golf Club and the Sandpiper Bay resort (day passes are available!) right down the street. Less than a mile away is Port St. Lucie’s Saints public golf course, featuring a restaurant and bar with live music. Summary: Had all the needs, well-stocked kitchen, laundry good. Loved the open living space ms outdoor space. They had laundry detergent, dish detergent were supplied.We had a clogged tub but there were three showers. They called a plumber to address and a pool service came out to clean the piool. There were coolers, TP, paper towels, beach towels, games, dvds, clean. The owner was really good about communicating and attended to any needs. Great place for a family. About 20 minutes to beaches. Shopping was about 10-15 minutes away.It had everything we needed! We would recommend.
