Ocean and West Maui Mountain views can be enjoyed from this luxurious 5th floor condo. This 2-bedroom vacation home is located in one of the most desired upscale resort locations in Hawaii. The Alii is maintained like a hotel, with an Activities Desk, 24-hour front desk, tennis courts, swimming pool and activities concierge, yet all the conveniences of a fully-equipped condominium. There is a wonderful BBQ area right next to the pool for outdoor cooking and dining.
Our condo has an open plan design, the front entrance has 2 small steps, opening up from the hall entrance to the main living space, taking full advantage of the views as it is surrounded by large open windows. The dining room has a large family sized table with seating for a party of 6. There is also a kitchen island bar, next to the dining room.
Our condo features over 1500 square feet of smoke free living space, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room complete with LCD TV and DVD. The “Lanai” (balcony) offers views of the Ocean, and West Maui Mountains.
Family and friends traveling together will enjoy the many options of a master bedroom with two full beds, a comfortable second bedroom, plus an additional sleeping room with a full bed. Both bathroom offers a walk in showers. There is also a laundry area with a full size washer & Dryer.
There is a wonderful BBQ area right next to the pool for outdoor cooking and dining. recently updated pool and barbeque area and the 3000 square foot state of the art fitness center is a welcome addition.
The Alii is walking distance to several hotels, & restaurants offering dining options Whalers Village with shops and restaurants is also a short walk away. Black Rock is walking distance and offers excellent snorkeling.
